Product Manager

As a Product Manager at AuthenticID, you’ll drive the development and success of a core identity verification product. This role offers the chance to lead cross-functional teams, guiding product strategy and roadmap to create solutions that meet customer needs in real-time and with high accuracy. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales to deliver features that enhance security and user experience. What You’ll Do Ensure the product aligns with the company’s long-term objectives and roadmap. Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for the Core platform, Mobile iOS, Android, and Web teams. Make data-driven decisions to prioritize product features, bug fixes, and improvements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical dependencies. Coordinate with engineering leads to refine the backlog, plan sprints, and ensure alignment with customer needs. Ensure all roadmap trade-off decisions are surfaced. Resolve competing backlog items through stakeholder collaboration. Create clear and actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams, ensuring that features and enhancements are well-defined and feasible. Lead cross-functional collaboration. Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive efficient product development. Oversee product release planning and communications, ensuring smooth handoffs from development, to testing and deployment. Enable Customer-Facing Teams. Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide insights, roadmaps, and training. Meet with customers and partners to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify pain points related to identity verification software. Conduct product demos and communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders, including leadership, engineering teams, and other departments. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative. Evaluate feature success post-launch by tracking relevant metrics, analyzing user feedback, and iterating on product improvements. What You Need to Succeed 5+ years working as a Product Manager in a cross-functional environment, ideally with Platform, iOS, Android, and Mobile Web teams. Background in identity verification, security, or authentication software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working in Agile SDLC frameworks, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release cycles. Strong focus on customer needs, with a track record of translating customer feedback into actionable product improvements. Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions while balancing competing priorities. Proven ability to handle multiple teams and initiatives simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail or quality. BA/BS in Computer Science, Product Owner certification, or related qualifications are advantageous.
