As a IT Business Process Analyst, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, closely partnered with business team members using Agile methodologies to deliver new capabilities and business value. You will work to design new processes, create design documentation, software specifications, testing/training scenarios, build communication campaigns, and launch new applications. You will participate in new functionality estimation, analysis, design, and development of application requirements by working closely with multi-functional teams such as Sales, HR, Finance, and Procurement partners. You must have a demonstrable ability to build quality applications and participate in quality improvement efforts. You will demonstrate the functional and technical skills vital to complete the entire project lifecycle from initial project definition to project implementation through to project closure. Responsibilities and Tasks: + Hands-on experience in building various solutions using Gen AI environments like Moveworks, copilot, etc. + Should be familiar with Google APIGEE, Google Cloud platform integration solutions etc. + Familiarity with building and integrating with API-based platforms and understand REST and or other RPC-based systems. + Responsible for Movework's ever-expanding Application Integration needs. + Build integrations with enterprise systems in Sales, HR, Finance, and Procurement domains enabling our customers to use our Conversational AI to get help at work instantly. + Partner within and across various teams to provide cross-cutting integration solutions. + Desire to work in a fast paced team with a culture of ownership. + Build, measure, correct, and iterate on user-facing solutions. + Good to have Tableau skills and experience with Snowflake and SQL databases. + Experience in application integration with systems like SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Concur, Supply Chain Management, etc. + Participate in proactively over seeing usage metrics and build a monthly analytics dashboard for leadership visibility. + Partner with Moveworks for product review testing and provide feedback. + Participate in crafting campaigns and monthly/quarterly release newsletters. + Participate in the creation and maintenance of the software roadmap to be able to forecast incremental changes to the bigger picture. + Provide status updates for projects and goals to upper management, major partners, and IT support teams. Qualifications and Experience: + 1- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a consistent track record of collaborating with the business users. + 1 year of experience required on the Moveworks platform. + Hands-on experience in Moveworks creator studio development + Experience of Paths, Queries, and Events + Functional knowledge in Moveworks or any other Gen AI environment + Solid understanding of integration via Google APIGEE, Google cloud platform. + Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills + Diligent individual with the desire to quickly learn and ramp on work, new concepts, business models, and technologies. + Experience in integration design/testing approach. + Strong analytical / problem-solving skills.
