Summary: The Revenue Operations team’s mission is to maximize the effectiveness of ZipRecruiter’s go-to-market capabilities by bringing data-driven decision making, strategy development, and operational optimizations to our GTM teams. We are looking for a high performing analyst to join our team and play a key role in crafting our planning and operations strategies. The Sr. Revenue Operations Business Analyst will work closely with the sales, finance, and leadership teams at ZipRecruiter, conducting analysis to drive decisions related to our sales planning processes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and communication skills as well as the desire and ability to drive projects forward by collaborating with leaders across the company. We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills, extensive experience creating financial or operational models, and advanced business problem solving skills to work with executives across all functions to both identify key drivers of success for our sales teams and develop strategies to optimize our sales teams’ performance. Key Focuses: Lead cross-functional projects and build consensus with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions on topics including: financial forecasts, ROI analysis, customer LTV, growth strategy, headcount planning, process improvement, and operational optimizations. Build financial models to drive insights, identify key drivers of growth, and share analysis of our key financial and operational metrics to leaders across our sales, finance, and leadership teams. Bring new thinking and ways of doing things to the function, as appropriate, including developing new metrics to identify trends and capitalize on operational improvement opportunities. Because our team is constantly looking for new opportunities to drive growth for ZipRecruiter, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of initiatives across our business. Minimum Qualifications: Academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar quantitative discipline. 3 years experience in revenue operations, consulting, financial planning, or a strategic/analytical/business process role at either a high-growth company or a medium-to-large sized organization with a track record of strong performance. Ability to conduct detailed analysis while maintaining a focus on business impact. Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills while interfacing with various stakeholders throughout the organization. Strong financial modeling skills. Basic SQL skills. Preferred Qualifications: 4-5+ years experience in revenue operations, consulting, financial planning, or a strategic/analytical/business process role at either a high-growth company or a medium-to-large sized organization with a track record of strong performance. Advanced SQL skills. Extensive experience creating advanced financial models and analytics that improve revenue forecasting and sales performance in high-growth organizations. Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives that leverage data insights to enhance sales strategies and optimize operations, with the ability to influence executive leadership. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,500 - $150,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
