Google Review 4.4, Facebook Review 4.8 Korean Bilingual Business Analyst Responsibilities Prepares accounting and other financial statements. Punctually and accurately prepares month-end accruals, accounts payable/receivable and other journal entries. Perform monthly compilation of billing entries and create client invoices Perform monthly accounts payable by compiling monthly vendor invoices and process the payments. Performs analysis of monthly receivables and follow up past due invoices. Prepares and maintains monthly account reconciliations and analyses with timely resolution of exceptions. Ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and performs research on accounting issues. Ensure compliance and filing of all required taxes and recording of tax accruals (income, sales, commercial). Assist with budget variance analysis. Provides and performs accounting/financial analysis of standard and ad hoc reports. Independently analyzes complex accounting, financial or processing problems and makes appropriate recommendations for resolution. Prepares complex financial models to compile/analyze data from several sources. Provides management support and assists management in meeting day to day financial responsibilities and deliverables. Support the team on various administrative needs. Including purchase order creation, minor contract support, new project registration, vendor registration, etc. Technical Skills Experience with Excel and Access programs. Intermediate level experience with statistical analysis is a huge plus. Education Requirement Bachelor's degree or higher is required for this position.
