Job Description:
Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, business processes, and problems to automate or improve existing systems; elicit and document business needs for new systems.
- Using Agile and Scrum methodologies lead an assigned application change SDLC from start to finish.
- Document and organize associated change management information in a centralized electronic location approved by TDA.
- Facilitate meetings and trainings to various audiences such as project status reporting to executive leadership and training various staff on the system modifications.
- Analyze program policies and procedures to determine their effect on automated systems and system functional areas.
- Organize and maintain the requirements repository.
- Identify and recommend business process innovation through automation and assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems.
- Develop and oversee complex project management deliverables such as project charters, project plans, test plans, and risk management plans.
- Consult on the analysis of an application, troubleshoots system problems, and recommend solutions.
- Provide quality assurance consultation to projects, assignments, or special initiatives.
- Develop and review test cases; process change requests; and manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
- Maintain assigned business relationships with vendors, seek best value for new and renewing technologies, and review and approve monthly and annual invoices.
- Follow all TDA policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
