We are seeking a Business Manager - Medical to join our team in the healthcare industry in Stockton, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Business Manager - Medical, you will be responsible for managing accounting functions, overseeing billing operations, and utilizing various software systems to streamline processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Utilize accounting software systems to process financial transactions and generate financial reports.
• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track customer interactions and data.
• Utilize Facebook Insights and Microsoft tools to analyze and report on business performance.
• Oversee billing functions to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and other financial services.
• Manage and monitor customer credit applications and records.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.
• Utilize 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and management.

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare or NHS setting, preferably in a managerial role

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services

• Solid experience in using CRM and Facebook Insights for business purposes

• Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft office suite

• Experience with About Time software would be an advantage

• Proficient in executing Accounting Functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrable experience in overseeing Billing Functions

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of the healthcare industry is a plus

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams and stakeholders.
