IT Business Systems Analyst Location: MN / Hybrid Project/Focus: PLANT Payment Services Team Deliver the needed functionality in support of the Payment Services modules like ACH, Draft Processing, Lockbox, Remote Payments, etc. for the delivery of PLANT (Loan Accounting/ Loan Servicing) to the Farm Credit System. Key Experience(s) Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices Story writing in Agile formats, in particular for system to system scenarios Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA, Fiserv Architect, Deposit Solutions, and/or Payroll Manager Previous experience working on projects related to cloud platforms or file processing/management Key Skill(s): Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized, with attention to detail Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Key Technology /Certification(s): None Required CSPO a plus SAFe certified a plus ADO experience a plus Key Responsibilities: • Actively manage product backlog • Research and capture requirements for User Stories • Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews • Write stories and acceptance criteria • Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.) • Sit as a proxy for the Product Owner when needed • Pull analytical data as needed in support of feature development • QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving the feature to UAT #DICE tgadient@c4techservices.com
