Job Title: Program Manager, DLI-W Location: National Capital Region (NCR) - Washington, DC 20540 US (Primary) Category: Contractors Job Description: Summary: The Unconventional is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the principal point of contact responsible for overall contract management and quality control as well as being the main point of contact for DLI-W and MICC. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Overall responsible for ensuring all deliverables listed in this document and the QASP are complied with Government requirements. Will facilitate visits by Government personnel other than the COR. Managing the flow of task orders and ensuring paperwork and funding are accurate and timely. Ensures all RTOPs are submitted and approved by DLI-W and that orders are received prior to the course start. Responsible for monitoring program metrics, root cause analysis, and implementing remediation plans in concert with DLI-W. Job Requirements: Required Qualifications: Must have worked as a program manager or a related job in the field of foreign language teaching and second language acquisition for at least 2 years. Experience in managing resources and personnel, prioritizing work/assignments, and quality control is expected. Clearance:
