Full Time Day's 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. This is a hybrid role - days on campus are dependent upon class schedule. In-person every Thursday. Must be open.

The Partner, Learning implements and facilitates Leadership Development initiatives which seek to enhance the professional growth of all AdventHealth employees. This role provides resources and builds relationships focusing on the mission and objectives set forth by the organization. Acts as operational and strategic resource driving the planning and execution of Learning initiatives rolled out by Corporate. This role interfaces with all levels of Leadership to extend and deliver learning solutions that align with organizational and department goals. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
The role you’ll contribute:
The Partner, Learning implements and facilitates Leadership Development initiatives which seek to enhance the professional growth of all AdventHealth employees. This role provides resources and builds relationships focusing on the mission and objectives set forth by the organization. Acts as operational and strategic resource driving the planning and execution of Learning initiatives rolled out by Corporate. This role interfaces with all levels of Leadership to extend and deliver learning solutions that align with organizational and department goals. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in relevant discipline such as Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
OR
Five (5) years of progressive experience in organizational development, talent management, education, human resources, consulting or related field
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Partner, Learning implements and facilitates Leadership Development initiatives which seek to enhance the professional growth of all AdventHealth employees. This role provides resources and builds relationships focusing on the mission and objectives set forth by the organization. Acts as operational and strategic resource driving the planning and execution of Learning initiatives rolled out by Corporate.
