Who we are looking for

The Platform and Data Solutions team sits within Financing Solutions. The team delivers technology solutions to clients and internal stakeholders that accelerate and improve business outcomes through increased transparency, robust intelligence, and seamless execution. The core responsibility is the creation and scaling of the market-leading treasury and financing platform, Venturi.

This is a cross-functional role that requires a dynamic leader to interact with various teams both within the organization and with clients to achieve our goals. We are looking for an experienced business analyst with a strong understanding of business process analysis. Details are the differentiator for top-notch products, and the ability to translate client feedback to the offering is paramount. To those ends, we are looking for someone who enjoys the specifics while also thinking creatively about solutions that will transform how our clients do business. An ability to understand and apply quantitative methods to business problems is a must!

What you will be responsible for

As Platform Solutions Business Analyst, Assistant Vice President you will be:

  • Taking a leadership role in integrating new products and technologies into the Financing Solutions Venturi platform to improve client outcomes.
  • Working directly with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and design solutions.
  • Researching, analyzing, and documenting business/system requirements and working with supporting teams to translate into efficient and compliant solutions.
  • Identifying and implementing effective internal controls to ensure solutions operate efficiently within corporate policies and guidelines.
  • Participating in business user testing, deployments, and end-user training.
  • Managing roadmaps, timelines, risks, and proactively preparing and communicating audience-appropriate project status.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a product role within financial services or a technology-related field.
  • Experience in securities financing (Prime Services, Agent Lending, etc.) and collateral preferred.
  • Previous experience working with analytics and execution platforms.
  • Experience leading and working with Agile teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to read and prototype in object-oriented programming (preferably Python) a plus.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with business leaders and technical teams alike across multiple levels of the organization.

Additional requirements

  • This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 4 days a week in the office.

Salary Range:

  • $80,000 - $132,500 Annual.
  • The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
