Job Description Full-Time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications. Assess current systems and workflows to identify gaps or inefficiencies. Design solutions that align with business goals and technological capabilities. Work closely with developers, IT architects, and project managers to ensure proper implementation of systems. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams. Develop test cases and ensure new systems meet business needs. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that system updates address business problems. Create system documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and workflows. Train users and provide ongoing support for implemented systems. Participate in or lead projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Monitor the progress of systems implementation and report on project status. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Tableau, SQL, SAP, MS Office apps, Certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are often preferred. Bilingual – Korean & English preferred Aptitude for troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
