About the Role: Business Development Director As the Business Development Director at OffBeast, you’ll play a key role in expanding our brand’s reach by forming impactful relationships with mid-sized customers and restaurant chains. We’re looking for someone with a passion for plant-based innovation who can drive growth by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance our partnerships. Former founders or early employees from high-growth foodservice SaaS companies preferred!

Responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship Building:

Identify, reach out to, and build strong relationships with mid-sized restaurants and chains, understanding their needs and how OffBeast can uniquely meet them.

Deal Closure & Partnership Expansion:

Lead negotiations to close high-impact deals with new and existing partners, ensuring OffBeast products are a staple in partner menus and continually exploring expansion opportunities.

Ongoing Customer Engagement:

Work closely with partner restaurants to provide ongoing support, ensuring they’re set up for success. This includes conducting regular check-ins, gathering feedback, and offering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and OffBeast’s brand presence.

Collaborative Problem-Solving:

Partner with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to create seamless integrations of OffBeast products, addressing any challenges restaurants face and adapting our approach based on their feedback.

Growth-Focused Strategy:

Develop and execute strategic plans for increasing OffBeast’s presence and market share within target segments, refining tactics to drive sustainable growth.
