C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. (CRL) is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As the leading supplier to the glazing, architectural, railing, construction, industrial, and automotive industries, we are committed to optimizing our supply chain operations. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing supply chain data, systems, and processes to achieve optimal planning, scheduling, forecasting, and system improvements. The role will also involve identifying strategic opportunities, such as inventory reduction or supply chain inefficiencies, and determining the required time and resources to take advantage of these opportunities. Description: Responsible for supply chain analytics to improve overall performance such as service levels, inventory turns, transactional costs, etc. Responsible for data tracking, aggregation, and reporting across Supply Chain functions. Work with teams to develop statistical models and dashboards from multiple internal and external data sources. Elevate team performance through deeper market knowledge, cost-saving opportunities, and increased value to commercial partners. Areas of responsibility include traditional supply chain functions such as demand planning and distribution operations. Incumbent will optimize inventory models to achieve the company’s desired service level to the customer while minimizing working capital and transactional costs. Qualifications: Strong statistical analysis skills including previous forecasting, demand planning, supply capacity modeling, and inventory optimization modeling experience required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written; able to collaborate with all levels of the organization. Solid creative and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to execute key strategies and manage and prioritize workload, multi-task, and manage a diverse mix of issues, responsibilities, and challenges. Must be an expert in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools. Proficient experience with analytical software such as Python / Pandas, and/or R. VBA and SQL expertise required. ERP system experience is required. SAP experience is required. Salary Range:

$73,100.00 to $100,000 USD (DOE)
