Soliant is hiring: Overnight Inpatient/IV/Chemo Pharmacist- Lakewood, NJ in Litt

Join a dynamic team in Lakewood, NJ, supporting both inpatient and outpatient infusion departments in a critical overnight pharmacist role. This position is designed for a dedicated pharmacist with specialized skills in IV and chemo pounding, supporting a busy 80-bed facility.

Contract Duration: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
Shift: 7 on/7 off rotation

• Weekdays: 9:30 pm - 7:30 am (10-hour shifts)
• Weekends: 8:30 pm - 7:30 am (11-hour shifts)

• Inpatient and ER Support: Provide prehensive pharmacy services for inpatient care and the emergency department.
• Infusion Department Assistance: Handle outpatient infusion needs, including chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions.
• IV and Chemo pounding: Prepare and pound hazardous and non-hazardous medications with precision.
• Documentation and pliance: Maintain accurate patient and medication records using the EPIC system, ensuring regulatory pliance and patient safety.

• Licensure: Active NJ Pharmacist license
• Certification: Chemo certification required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an inpatient setting with experience in IV/chemo pounding
• Skills: Proficient in EPIC, experienced with high-precision medication preparation, excellent organizational and multitasking skills
