Summary
The Vice President – COO role is responsible for leading all operational aspects of the organization to ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. In collaboration with the President, establishes goals and objectives for the organization. Devises strategies, formulates plans, organizes resources, and monitors performance to ensure that the operation and strategic objectives are met. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Hospital Administration, or Business Administration required. Master’s Degree in Health, Hospital Administration, or Business Administration may be required. Master’s Degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Nursing) may be preferred. License/Certifications:
Clinical licensure depending upon setting may be preferred. Experience:
Eight years of progressive management and healthcare operations experience required. Additional Skills/Requirements Required:
