is seeking an
Evaluator
to support the Land Systems Operational Test Authority (LSOTA). The evaluator is responsible to the OTED for ensuring all T&E functions are integrated into the operational evaluation strategy, evaluation plan, and evaluation report to determine operational effectiveness, operational suitability, and cyber resilience. The Evaluator is usually responsible for the Operational Effectiveness (OE) determination portion of a T&E program and coordinates the efforts of the T&E analysts on the team (HSI, RAM, Cyber Resiliency, etc.). The Evaluator ensures that the formal planning and reporting documents contain appropriate inputs from the entire T&E team. Minimum Qualifications: BS or BA degree and 20 years' experience or an MS or MA degree and 15 years' experience Contractor with DHS Level III certification in T&E Clearance:
Must be able to acquire a CBP BI. Location:

The Contractor will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract. Benefits:
