Overnight Dispatcher and CDL Drivers all shift (PT/FT) Job at A&H Limo Corp

We seek a reliable Dispatcher who will serve as the first point of contact and communication for incoming calls. You will receive requests, transmit messages, and track vehicles during their routes. The information you share must be clear and easily understood to ensure drivers know where they are going and what to expect when they arrive. The ability to multi-task is essential, and you must be able to take appropriate action with little supervision.

Dispatcher Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently allocate limousine bookings to professional chauffeurs and affiliated partners in the NYC metropolitan area.
• Ensure seamless pick-up and drop-off services for our VIP clients.
• Monitor flight schedules, airport activities, and traffic conditions and promptly communicate updates to chauffeurs to enhance the passenger experience.
• Bookings and updates entry.
• Address problems and make requests by communicating with the necessary parties or providing solutions.
• Receive calls about reservations and dispatch them accordingly.
• Multi-task and prioritize calls according to their urgency
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely assistance.
• Providing drivers with vital information about Pick-up/drop-off, traffic, and requirements

Dispatcher Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience as a dispatcher or similar position and familiarity with dispatch software is a plus.
• Rapid and accurate typing with expertise in data entry
• Outstanding organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Active listener with exceptional communication skills
• Familiarity with routing and mapping is a plus.
• Able to work under pressure
