The Project Manager will work closely with the Merchandising, Fulfillment, Development and Product Management teams to build systems to enable Gemvara’s made-to-order model.

What You’ll Do:

Ensure that expectations for deliverables remain aligned with the ability to deliver. Makes the commitment to deliver to the management team and is responsible for meeting that commitment. Ensure that the teams working on the projects are fully aware of expectations and helps clear obstacles to success. Work with the EVP, Operations and VP Operations to build systems and processes that enhance the ability to deliver jewelry on time to our customers Maintain the overall project plan for multiple projects, indicating all deliverables, as well as key dependencies, on projects. Gather requirements from business leads, design the specifications, and work with development to ensure a successful outcome. Maintain awareness and control of the individual projects via weekly reports and reviews and, where needed, more detailed interaction.

Skills You’ll Need To Be Successful: Experience working within agile development environment Proven ability to gather requirements from business owners and work with development to deliver a product that addresses the business needs. Above average working knowledge in JIRA, MS Project, and Excel. Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence. Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
