BryceTech is currently looking for a Sr. Business Associate – Medical Product Finance Analyst. This position will be supporting a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $12B in portfolio value with a variety of needs including support to the project team, acquisition program, and industry outreach efforts. This role will support the development and management of innovative government programs to expand the industrial base for public health sector medical technology. Be familiar with pharmaceutical development business best practices. The person in this role will:Support innovative government programs and pharmaceutical development business best practicesManage independent projects, including but not limited to understanding, drafting, and delivering risk management strategiesProvide advice and assistance with grants and contracting needs, supporting business operations, including tracking flow across multiple agenciesSupport the review of White Papers and Full Proposals as requiredReview business systems and tools designed to support IBMSCWork with program offices to advise and assist with grant and contracting needsProvide daily financial updates – i.e. updates for balance sheets, procurement, obligations, de-obligations, and spend planCollaborate with service partners, stakeholders, and other federal, state, local, and tribal agencies to deal with obligations and de-obligation issuesDraft and update documents to obligate and deobligate funding via G-invoicing and prepare decision memos to be included as key components on the 7600 series documentsCreate, execute, and track documents for approval to recover ASPR funds shared with service partnersPerform weekly data validation against financial reports to ensure accuracy and report any anomaliesProvide Finance Team with weekly updates on the status of fund recoveries for DOD, Non-DOD, and ASPR fundsProcess Training Requests forms and collaborate with ASPR Training Dept for approval and payment for IBMSC/ASPR staff to attend planned training and conferencesQualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in business field6-8 years of experience within private sector or government agenciesExperience with federal government acquisition programsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsProficiency with all MS Office products and Adobe AcrobatTravel on official business per the government’s request as requiredAdditional Information
