Master’s Degree preferred. Project Management certification is preferred. Three years of experience with Netsmart “myEvolv” EMR software at the System Administrator level. Three years of direct project implementation experience with EMR systems. Extensive technical expertise in EMR finance and program setups. Experience in software QA and the development lifecycle (SDLC). Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple staff and vendors. Strong troubleshooting skills and effective communication with team members and vendors. Experience in training staff and leading meetings. Two years of experience as an EMR Project Manager. A valid California Driver's License is required. Three (3) years of experience working in a System Administrator capacity for the myEvolv EMR application is required. How you will make a difference (Job Overview): An EHR Project Manager oversees the successful coordination and execution of complex projects focused on planning, designing, and implementing electronic health record (EHR) software applications. Division/Program Overview: Reporting to the EMR Program Director, the Senior EMR Project Manager leads EMR system projects, working closely with the EMR team, administrators, clinicians, and managers. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects with a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and alignment with organizational policies. Key duties include maintaining existing EMR configurations, supporting new site implementations, creating comprehensive project plans, and regularly updating project status. The role requires attendance at meetings, providing EMR software training, and offering staff support as needed. Travel to various sites for training and meetings is expected. Additionally, the Senior EMR Project Manager supervises the EMR Coordinator, EMR Software Analyst, and EMR Finance and Software Analyst, providing on-call support outside of regular business hours.
