The Pricing Practices team, part of the Client Service organization, focuses on developing and enhancing fee strategies, structures and processes for the Asset Management business across regions, channels, and asset classes.
The individual will partner with many teams, including Sales, Client Service, Legal, Fee Billing, Product, Control Management, and Technology, to structure and execute fee initiatives.
Job responsibilities
Evaluate current fee processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and propose solutions
Define and coordinate pricing strategies
Create client-specific relationship pricing proposals and facilitate the proposal review and agreement process
Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure regional involvement and global consistency
Provide targeted training to teams across the AM organization
Report on pricing metrics to key stakeholders
Manage meetings, track open items and ensure follow ups
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Strong risk and control mindset
Detail-orientation along with exceptional organizational skills
Knowledge of fee structures and investments offerings
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
