Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented In-Circuit Testing (ICT) Technician with a background in electronics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-circuit testing of electronic assemblies, ensuring that they meet quality and functional standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of circuit design, PCB layouts, and troubleshooting techniques, with hands-on experience using automated test equipment (ATE) and other diagnostic tools. 3:00pm-11:30pm $

$24 plus %10 shift differential = $26.40

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-circuit testing (ICT) of electronic assemblies to verify the functionality of circuit boards and components, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Operate test equipment such as in-circuit testers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automated test systems to diagnose faults and defects in electronic circuits.
• Analyze test results and document any faults or defects, providing detailed feedback for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions to improve product quality.
• Ensure that components, connections, and solder joints are functioning properly to meet quality standards.
• Work closely with production teams to address and resolve issues related to circuit board testing and assembly.
• Maintain accurate records of test results, failures, and troubleshooting activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: A diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications or specialized training in ICT testing is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in testing PCBs and working in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of electronics, circuit design, and PCB layouts.
  • Hands-on experience with in-circuit testers, automated test equipment (ATE), and diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electronic circuits and components.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with engineers and production teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
