Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic $30-$35 2nd Shift Job at Micro Tech Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, and maintain production machines and equipment used in headset component manufacturing.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and perform routine service on machines.
• Thoroughly clean machines and machine parts, removing and reinstalling parts as needed.
• Oil and lubricate moving parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts.
• Quickly and efficiently repair broken machines to minimize downtime.
• Report maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Perform general maintenance and basic repairs on buildings, including plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks effectively.
• Handle mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Trade or vocational school graduation preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role.
• Specialized training or certification in maintenance mechanics is required.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in PLC torubleshooting
• Experience in general building trades, including plumbing and carpentry, is a plus.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
