We are an equal opportunity employer making decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class.Responsibilities:Determining the scope of test automationSelecting and using the right tool for automationDocumenting test plans, test designs, and test strategiesSetting up a test environmentAutomating and executing the development of the test scriptAnalyzing and generating test reportsIdentifying and selecting the automation test casesApplying various designs and documenting the automation test strategyCreating an automation test plan and getting approvalAutomating the design of a frameworkImplementing it as per the structure of the projectCreating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test casesCollating and monitoring the defect management processManaging the changes and executing regression testsSolving problems related to object identity and error handlingInteracting with customers/clients to solve various issues and provide updatesRequirement analysisCreating test plansWriting and documenting test casesReviewing test plans and test casesIdentifying the requirements of the test dataTesting automationTesting executionKeeping and maintaining a log of defects and follow-upsReporting and summarizing test resultsEducation, Degrees, and Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum Requirements:4 years of experience as an automation tester for a large-scale projectExperience with agile methodologiesPreferred:Active IRS MBI ClearanceLocation:This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland.
