Job Description Permanent Hire - Hybrid Position. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of their flagship product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, a deep understanding of user-centered design, and the ability to balance business objectives with technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities: Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with company strategy and market needs Develop and maintain a comprehensive product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and user impact Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and refine product requirements Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates effectively Qualifications: Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technology environment Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha, ProductPlan) Preferred Skills: Familiarity with data analytics and A/B testing methodologies Understanding of UX design principles and prototyping tools Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML and their product applications Experience with API-first product development Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager)
