The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Responsibilities:
- Become a process and product expert through learning the finished product, materials, components, manufacturing process, etc.
- Partner with production teams to ensure manufacturing processes are running smoothly
- Assess manufacturing processes, workflows and other operational functions to make suggestions for improvement and efficiencies
- Assist with assessment of quality through testing methods for process and product – provide suggestions for relevant change
- Participate in prototype design and build, testing, and plan development
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering – or comparable experience
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment
Skills:
- CAD / SolidWorks Experience required
- Use of voltmeters, calipers, micrometers
About the role:
- Full Time, Direct Hire
- Mon – Fri; 8a – 5p
- 100% on site role – occasional overtime / flexible hours based on business demand
- Comp / Benefits – 80-90K DOE; employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
