Responsibilities:
  • Become a process and product expert through learning the finished product, materials, components, manufacturing process, etc.
  • Partner with production teams to ensure manufacturing processes are running smoothly
  • Assess manufacturing processes, workflows and other operational functions to make suggestions for improvement and efficiencies
  • Assist with assessment of quality through testing methods for process and product – provide suggestions for relevant change
  • Participate in prototype design and build, testing, and plan development

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering – or comparable experience
  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment

Skills:
  • CAD / SolidWorks Experience required
  • Use of voltmeters, calipers, micrometers

About the role:
  • Full Time, Direct Hire
  • Mon – Fri; 8a – 5p
  • 100% on site role – occasional overtime / flexible hours based on business demand
  • Comp / Benefits – 80-90K DOE; employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
