Their focus is on scalability, efficiency, and safety, leveraging widely available materials and streamlined manufacturing processes. ⚡ Position Summary: The role focuses on scaling the company's innovative production capabilities, optimizing manufacturing processes, and automating repetitive tasks. The individual will play a crucial role in increasing output, supporting technology scale-up, and driving efficiency in a hands-on capacity. ⚡ Key Responsibilities: Build and scale existing battery manufacturing line. Optimize processes to increase production capacity. Automate redundant and manual processes with internal teams and external suppliers. Oversee QMS controls, product certifications, and equipment sourcing/outsourcing. Contribute directly on the production floor, modifying and enhancing systems. Support the company’s mission to create durable, scalable, and cost-efficient energy storage solutions. Travel around once a month (primarily within the U.S.). ⚡ Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (ME/EE preferred). 3–5 years of experience at a large company or 5 years in smaller organizations. Proven expertise in production environments and scaling manufacturing lines. Strong foundation in manufacturing processes and process optimization. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on accomplishments and product impact.
