⚡ Position Summary:

The role focuses on scaling the company's innovative production capabilities, optimizing manufacturing processes, and automating repetitive tasks. The individual will play a crucial role in increasing output, supporting technology scale-up, and driving efficiency in a hands-on capacity.

⚡ Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale existing battery manufacturing line.
• Optimize processes to increase production capacity.
• Automate redundant and manual processes with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Oversee QMS controls, product certifications, and equipment sourcing/outsourcing.
• Contribute directly on the production floor, modifying and enhancing systems.
• Support the company’s mission to create durable, scalable, and cost-efficient energy storage solutions.
• Travel around once a month (primarily within the U.S.).

⚡ Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (ME/EE preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience at a large company or 5+ years in smaller organizations.
• Proven expertise in production environments and scaling manufacturing lines.
• Strong foundation in manufacturing processes and process optimization.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on accomplishments and product impact.
• Hands-on experience with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
