Job Description
-Design, document, procure, qualify, implement, and improve fixtures, tools and equipment.
Responsible for change management and implementation for changes to manufacturing processes.
**Qualifications:**- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.- Proficiency in CAD software, ERP, MRP, SAP preferredFamiliarity with quality management systems AS9100, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 9001 a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Experience with LabVIEW or TestStand a plus
Ability to interpret and create (Solidworks preferred) complex technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.About Kistler:
