Job DescriptionSenior Manufacturing EngineerWe are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, lead continuous improvement efforts, and ensure manufacturing excellence for our medical device portfolio. In this role, you'll drive design for manufacturability (DFM), implement cost-saving measures, and maintain the highest quality standards in a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead process optimization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.Develop, validate, and maintain manufacturing procedures in compliance with ISO and FDA regulations.Drive cost-reduction initiatives through innovative solutions and process improvements.Oversee equipment qualification efforts (IQ/OQ/PQ) and manage new product transitions.Design fixtures and tooling to enhance production performance and reliability.Manage documentation, including work instructions and engineering change orders (ECOs).Provide technical leadership to support production operations and resolve complex issues.Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure manufacturability and optimize product costs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within the medical device industry.Expertise in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and process planning.Proficiency with SolidWorks and experience with technical documentation.Working knowledge of machine shop processes, including milling, turning, and grinding.Proven problem-solving abilities and strong collaboration skills across functions.Self-motivated with excellent analytical and organizational skills.Why Join Us?Make an impact by driving innovation in life-changing medical technologies.Lead complex projects from concept through production.Work with cutting-edge manufacturing processes and automation technologies.Collaborate in a dynamic environment with R&D and cross-functional teams.
