PrideStaff has an incredible opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager in Fort Lauderdale, to join an Amazing Aviation Company!The ideal Manufacturing Manager will ensure precision, attention to detail, and enhance operational procedures. The manager will be responsible for manufacturing, testing, packaging, and meeting scheduled deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Place production orders from customers
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Meet and exceed deadlines
• Select, manage, train, and motivate the team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields for Aviation companies
• Be familiar with AS9100
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Mircosoft Office Suites and QUANTUM is a Must
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
