This role focuses on optimizing processes for quality, safety, and efficiency from raw materials to finished products. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lean-based standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with production to improve processes and reduce costs.
  • Use Lean Six Sigma tools to enhance KPIs and minimize waste.
  • Analyze data to reduce scrap and recommend countermeasures.
  • Manage ERP systems to track and evaluate production.
  • Create CAD models and CNC programs for production support.
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and ISO 14001.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Packaging Engineering.
  • Lean Six Sigma and 5S experience required.
  • strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
