Fry Reglet is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to support their Alpharetta, GA manufacturing operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to learn the process of starting up, operating, and shutting down all equipment operations
- Mentor and work closely with a wide variety of manufacturing teams with responsibilities in machine operation, metal forming, powder coating, and fabrication
- Communicates job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Completes daily and weekly plans by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establish priorities; monitor progress; resolve problems; communicate status or timeline of jobs amongst necessary departments.
- Utilizes LEAN manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency
- Establishes and enforces organizational standards
- Enforces safety protocols and quality control standards to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Serves as a role model for expected behavior.
- Ensures efficient operation of equipment by contacting maintenance for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Works in conjunction with the Manufacturing Manager to resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, recommending action.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs periodic rounds to assure safe and efficient operation of the plant.
- Assists all departments with all resources to attain the highest quality and output
- Delegates work assignments to employees to maximize productivity
- Must learn and be able to navigate Navision MRP system
- Provides effective raining to new associates
- Will be responsible for inventory accuracy as it pertains to operations
Physical Requirements:
- Standing: Particularly for sustained periods of time.
- The worker is subject to noise: There is sufficient noise to cause worker to shout in order to be heard above the ambient noise level.
- Repeat the same movements.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Environment at times dusty due to the manufacturing aspect.
