Position Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our fast-paced production team. This role involves operating and maintaining advanced, automated manufacturing equipment essential for producing our signature products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and maintain automated equipment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Handle equipment for processes such as laser welding, heat staking, PCB testing, and robotic automation.
• Use Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to monitor and adjust production parameters.
• Conduct equipment inspections, quality checks, and inventory management to maintain seamless operations.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to resolve mechanical issues and improve production processes.
• Follow all safety and GMP standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in automated equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) and familiarity with quality control processes.
• Background in medical device manufacturing and experience in cleanroom environments are preferred.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, with occasional lifting of 20 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with HMIs, discrete component assembly, and technologies such as ultrasonic welding.
• Experience with robotics, cleanroom protocols, and new product development support is a plus.
