Position Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our fast-paced production team. This role involves operating and maintaining advanced, automated manufacturing equipment essential for producing our signature products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cleanroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate, set up, and maintain automated equipment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Handle equipment for processes such as laser welding, heat staking, PCB testing, and robotic automation. Use Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to monitor and adjust production parameters. Conduct equipment inspections, quality checks, and inventory management to maintain seamless operations. Collaborate in cross-functional teams to resolve mechanical issues and improve production processes. Follow all safety and GMP standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications: High school diploma and 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience. Mechanical aptitude with experience in automated equipment operation and troubleshooting. Proficiency with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) and familiarity with quality control processes. Background in medical device manufacturing and experience in cleanroom environments are preferred. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, with occasional lifting of 20 lbs. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with HMIs, discrete component assembly, and technologies such as ultrasonic welding. Experience with robotics, cleanroom protocols, and new product development support is a plus. Ready to Join Us?
