Your focus will be on driving process enhancements, optimizing production, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This role is perfect for a disciplined, results-oriented individual with a strong technical background, project management expertise, and a knack for teamwork. Key Responsibilities: •Oversee manufacturing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. •Identify and implement improvements to current manufacturing processes to boost productivity, efficiency, and safety. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, supply chain, and production, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. •Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed. •Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. •Conduct cost-benefit analyses of projects, assist in budget development, and regularly review project expenditures. •Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain product integrity and consistency throughout the manufacturing cycle. •Conduct training sessions for team members on new processes, technologies, and safety protocols. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field. •Relevant work experience in manufacturing engineering or project management. •Proficiency in project management and manufacturing tools. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus. •Ability to understand multiple fabrication techniques. •The ability to read engineering prints is a must and expanded knowledge of GD&T is a plus. •CAD Experience.
