LHH is hiring: Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Woodinville

LHH has partnered with a highly collaborative, team-oriented company in the Woodinville area in search of a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and a Manufacturing Engineer Lead. Applicant must have prior leadership experience, the ability to communicate with a variety of teams/customers and experience working in a manufacturing setting.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and design fixtures and tooling necessary for production as well as resolving any issues that come up in production.
• Provide comprehensive training and create detailed documentation for their use.
• Manage small to mid-size projects, keeping open communication across departments when it comes to timeline, budgets, issues, testing, improving/reducing costs, resolutions etc.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to solve complex problems.
• Enhance production capabilities to bring new products from R&D to market.
• Lead mid-sized projects, ensuring processes progress on schedule and addressing challenges with support.
• Establish quality expectations and ensure QA protocols are in place to meet standards across multiple production departments.
• Create production procedures, work instructions, QA matrices, and bills of materials for more complex products involving multiple production activities.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with machining, rubber, casting, fabrication, welding, etc.
• Prior experience in leadership and managing projects.
• A very hands-on collaborative approach.

• $90k-$130k DOE.
