Amotec Inc is hiring: Manufacturing Production Supervisor in Pittsburgh

Amotec is engaged in a search for a Manufacturing Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, a publicly traded company and a leader in the steel manufacturing industry. In this role, you will oversee a team of 15 across three shifts, manage production activities, and coordinate crew operations. The position reports to the Area Manager and follows a 2-3-2 schedule. Manufacturing Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise production activities during assigned shifts to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operators, technicians, and support staff to meet production targets.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating correctly, performing routine inspections, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, and ensure the team follows all regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in supervising/managing production within the heavy metals industry
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
