As the Manufacturing Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of production staff, manage resources, and implement strategies to improve productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Lead, mentor, and develop production staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Monitor production processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering, to streamline operations. Analyze production metrics and prepare reports for senior management on performance and opportunities for improvement. Manage inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production needs.
