Summary: We are looking for an Admin Assistant to help in the Quality department. The person will need to assist in office duties such as filing, data entry and other duties as required. The person will report directly to the Quality Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experienced in office environment – filing, computer skills, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Support Quality Manager

Skills and Abilities Required

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 1 year experience preferred

· Strong computer literacy, experience working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

· Ability to follow procedures and instructions per ISO/IATF requirements

· Good written & verbal skills; Bilingual preferred
