We are looking for SENIOR COMPOSITES MANUFACTURING ENGINEERS!
Pay: $120k - $150k/ANNUALLY DOE
SUMMARY:
- The Senior Composites Manufacturing Engineer will be required to formulate conceptual designs of challenging, complex aerospace products to meet all customer system requirements. Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: determining complex bill of materials, sequence of assembly, selection of required equipment, solving production problems, analyzing current manufacturing planning processes, designing/reviewing necessary tooling, creating manufacturing document, and developing working relationships with a multi-disciplined team of people.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have exceptional time management
- 8 years of previous experience in aerospace manufacturing or composite design required
- SME on aerospace composite manufacturing methodologies – autoclave and press molding experience is a plus
- Expert on designing molds, assembly fixtures, machining fixtures, and other tooling used for composite processing
- Manufacturing Resource Planning software concepts and procedures
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a clearance - current or active security clearance is a plus
