Sr. Manufacturing Quality Engineer Job at BlackTree Technical Group, Inc. in Fox

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist operations team in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels, environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs
• Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues through PDCA and 8D to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Maintain Corrective and Preventative Action (CPAR) process to ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identified solution is in place and effective.
• Maintain Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) are effective and resolved in a timely manner.
• Use problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development teams to develop and drive continuous improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data leading to continuous improvement of Company and Customer quality.
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment
• Collaborate with Department Managers to maintain, create, & revise QMS documentation as necessary to maintain ISO 9001 registration. 
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
• Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products
• Assist operations in conducting Product Verification Reports (PVR) / new production launch
• Conduct Supplier and Internal Audits as needed.
• Complete customer compliance requests
• Participate in MRB meetings and product dispositions.

EDUCATION

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering is required
