Spherion of NWA & River Valley is currently has warehouse associate opportunities available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts to support our customers in and around the Fort Smith/River Valley area. Our warehouse associates will support our customers picking, packing, quality control, forklift operations and shipping receiving functions; We have warehouse associate opportunities that offer flexible schedules, full time, part time limited OT or extra hours that best fit your schedule. Responsibilities

  • Picking - pick by hand, using push cart totes and scanners (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts)
  • Pick by light - hand picking on a line, at a set station, as part of a team. (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts)
  • Forklift operator - Cherry Picker (1st, 2nd shifts), Sit Down clamp operator (1st, 2nd shifts), EPJ order picker (1st, 2nd shifts)
  • QA/QC - scanning, verifying and documenting in WMS system all received orders (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts)
  • Packaging operations - Pack out station workers (1st, 2nd shifts), End of pick line package processors (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift)
  • Entry level - no prior warehouse needed. (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts), Packing and unloading

Must have

  • Ability to move product up to 50lbs consistently (position requirements vary by client)
  • Dedicated transportation
  • Prior exp. with WMS or scanning systems

Nice to have

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment consistency to a full time or flex schedule (where offered)
  • Desire for training and growth opportunities
