Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Litigation Attorney at Block LLP in Burbank, CA. As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to civil litigation defense cases. This includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, representing clients in court proceedings and trials, and conducting depositions. Qualifications Experience in civil litigation and trial advocacy Knowledge of legal procedures and court systems Strong research and writing skills Ability to draft pleadings and motions Experience conducting depositions Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work independently and as part of a team Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the State Bar of California
