About the Role:
We are partnering with a rapidly growing client that is expanding across the United States and is looking for an experienced Recruiter to support their high-volume recruitment efforts. This position will focus on recruiting Field Inspectors for multiple locations across the country. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial intake calls to offer presentation, and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
In addition, you will oversee a Sourcing Specialist, guiding them on location priorities and ensuring effective sourcing strategies are in place to meet hiring demands. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Start Date: Week of 12/2/2024
Project Duration: Minimum of 3-months with likelihood of long-term extension based on performance.
Location: This is a full-time remote role, but you must be located in a Central or Eastern timezone.
Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from intake calls with hiring managers to screening, interviewing, and extending offers for Field Inspector roles.
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, assess qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage all interview coordination and scheduling with candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with Field Managers and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Sourcing Strategy: Manage and direct the efforts of a Sourcing Specialist, guiding them to prioritize regions and locations with the highest hiring needs.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking, reporting on metrics such as candidate pipeline and hiring progress.
- High-Volume Recruitment: Effectively manage a high volume of requisitions and ensure timely placement of candidates to meet company hiring goals.
Qualifications:
- High-volume recruitment experience, preferably in hourly or field-based roles.
- Proven ability to manage the entire recruitment process, including intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer presentation.
- Comfortable managing a large number of requisitions and candidates at one time, with an ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple locations, schedules, and recruiting activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
