The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top organization that has an opening for a remote Business Data Analyst.

100% Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST
Pay Rate Range: $30 - $40/hour W2, based on experience
Duration: 6+ months contract

What You'll Do
· Assist with global customer-facing reporting for our Strategic & Enterprise merchant partners
· Write/read optimized SQL queries that power dashboards and reporting
· Communicate issue resolution to Merchant Partner contacts
· Investigate data discrepancies across multiple data sources and surface to Engineering teams as needed
· Monitor changes in Uber data infrastructure and adjust reporting accordingly
· Execute and monitor Python scripts
· Manage Jira queues with internal tickets from issues related to customer-facing reporting

What You'll Need
· 1-2+ years of relevant experience in Analytics
· Intermediate to Expert SQL knowledge
· Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Collaborate well with others in team environment
· Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
· Drive and self-reliance

· Knowledge of Python
