Janet Fanning MD PC is hiring: MA/ phlebotomist in Oklahoma City

We are seeking a MA/ Phlebotomist to join our team! The phlebotomist will draw blood and run CLIA waived tests. MA to room patients and perform vitals and scribe for provider. 

Responsibilities:

• Collect and prepare blood for lab pick up
• Monitor storage and inventory of supplies
• Maintain clean and healthy work environment
• Adhere to laboratory safety policies and procedures
• Assist in rooming patients and assisting providers 

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in phlebotomy, nursing, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment  and good keyboard skills for data entry 
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to multitask and think ahead 
• Perform vital signs
