Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. As a key part of our team, you will work to build strong relationships with customers and provide high-quality service across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate information to customers about products, services, and policies.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, offering solutions and follow-up as necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide clear and helpful advice to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback, identifying trends and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
