Executive Assistant to CEO

This is an onsite role. Join a distinguished organization dedicated to excellence and innovation! My client is on the lookout for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support their CEO. Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Masterfully coordinate the CEO’s schedule, strategically arranging appointments and meetings to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Email Coordination: Manage internal and external communications with discretion, ensuring timely and secure correspondence that reflects professionalism.
  • Project Support: Provide comprehensive assistance for key projects initiated by the CEO and senior executives, including meticulous documentation and coordination with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Communication Support: Help implement effective communication strategies, ensuring that crucial information is clearly disseminated to both internal and external parties.
  • Administrative Functions: Execute essential administrative tasks with confidentiality, supporting the CEO’s daily operations and handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Research and Data Analysis: Conduct thorough research and compile accurate data to provide valuable insights that aid decision-making and advance projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Build effective relationships within a team environment, collaborating closely with marketing, data analysis, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth information exchange.
  • Client and Supplier Relations: Engage professionally with key clients and suppliers, representing the executive team with integrity and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to long-term employment and team collaboration.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in an administrative or executive support role, showcasing reliability and expertise.
  • Skills: Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing professionalism and clarity.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and other relevant software.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment.
