Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst for a large system modernization project for a government agency.

REQUIREMENTS: • Demonstrated, strong elicitation skills

• Expertise in remote facilitation

• Deep familiarity with Azure DevOps for requirements management

• Demonstrated ability to perform work independently in a self-directed manner

• The Business Analyst should understand and follow business analysis methodologies

that are consistent with the iiBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)

Guide and Agile/SCRUM processes.

The BA shall work independently and be responsible to:

*Approver or designated proxy.

• Elicit and document the current and future business requirements in user story format

• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix (RTM) via ADO

• Capture and document workflows

• Execute an applicable RFI template accepted by the PM
